Only provide the information needed for an initial inquiry. Do not send passports, identity documents, payment-card details, medical records or other sensitive files by form or by email.

Your information is used only to respond to your request and assess next steps.

Access and retention

Access is limited to authorized staff. Information is kept only as long as required for the request and legal obligations, then securely destroyed.

Service providers and communication outside Québec

We use providers for email, website hosting and, if you choose it, WhatsApp (Meta). These providers may process information outside Québec.

This site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools.
